One shelf. Three kinds of time.
Quick, Medium, and Focus lanes keep the choice realistic. Six tasks get rollable seats; everything else waits in the queue without disappearing.
Roll the dice. Do the task.
When choosing is the hardest part
Roll & Do is a task and hobby app for decision paralysis. Choose the time and energy you have. Roll among six realistic tasks. Start the one it picks — with one guilt-free veto.
Free during early testing. No credit card and no streaks. Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address, and profile picture — your Google Calendar stays untouched unless you switch it on.
Try it without signing in
Pick the amount of time you have, then roll among six realistic options. This sample does not save anything.
How it works
Quick, Medium, or Focus — chosen from the time and energy you actually have, not from how important something sounds.
Six tasks compete, never more. Roll on screen or with a real die on your desk; both are equally valid.
A roll means start, not finish. Starting is the whole win — and you always keep one unconditional veto.
Inside Roll & Do
Quick, Medium, and Focus lanes keep the choice realistic. Six tasks get rollable seats; everything else waits in the queue without disappearing.
Keep up to six hobbies in rotation, roll one, and give it an hour. Paused hobbies move to a shelf. Shelving is not quitting.
No quota, score, or streak to break. The jar simply fills with evidence that you did things, one finished task at a time. Every two hundred seals a Bakery Jar for the shelf, and each one still opens to show exactly which tasks filled it.
See every lane at once, or only work, or only life. History shows hours by category rather than tasks per week — there is no number here that can be too low.
Finished tasks can write themselves to Google Calendar with the time they took. Off unless you switch it on. Roll & Do creates the finished-task event and never reads, edits, or deletes what is already there.

Your board, saved privately
Roll & Do is a web application for deciding what to work on next. Signing in creates your account and lets your tasks, hobbies, and journal notes follow you between devices.
Roll & Do receives only your name, email address, and profile picture. It cannot access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service, and it never posts on your behalf.
Adding finished tasks to your Google Calendar is the one exception, and it is off until you turn it on. Doing so asks Google for permission separately — signing in never grants it — and Roll & Do uses that permission only to create the finished-task event. It never reads, edits, or deletes existing events. You can disconnect it at any time.
